Your home inspection is a thorough, unbiased, in-depth visual inspection of the structure, systems, and components of the home, performed by a trained professional.

A trained inspector will inspect the major systems and components of the home, typically for 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. We encourage you to join the inspector for a step-by-step analysis of the home. Our mission is to provide you with a thorough understanding of the condition of the home.

When the inspection is over, the inspector will prepare an on-site inspection report. Professionally prepared and easy to understand, the report outlines the condition of the home, and includes helpful commentary on all systems and components. The report meets or exceeds the ASHI Standards of Practice.
